How To Be Confident
18/7/18 – 19/12/18
Run by the School of Life, a global organisation dedicated to developing emotional intelligence, this evening class aims to equip you with the confidence you need to become one of life’s go-getters. With a choice of seven class dates between now and December, the session is held from 6.40pm (starting with welcome drinks) until 9.30pm at The School of Life in Central London (70 Marchmont Street, WC1N 1AB). It’s led by Francesco Dimitri, a business facilitator, author and executive consultant, who has worked with some of Europe’s largest firms to boost their employees’ self-awareness. This session explores how confidence is a learnable skill, with advice on how to overcome ‘imposter syndrome’, how to outgrow the legacy of childhood shyness and how to maintain a lasting sense of self-belief. The class costs £55 and includes a mix of lecture, conversation and group tasks.
